    UAT 2 Findings

Below are positive comments from the testers:

  • Legacy page is rather systematic and straightforward. Easy to navigate.
  • All the information needed was shown for Contact Us page and the Google maps plug-in was good. Page is simple and clear.
  • Overall, website looks clean and slick with a blue and white theme.
  • Events page is user-friendly and useful.
  • Welfare page is well categorised using the dropdown bar.
  • HR staff thought the functions for them were "very lovely and easy to use".

  • Below are comments from testers in terms of areas for improvements:
  • For legacy page, having a pop-up page when a decade is clicked into is more convenient than loading a new webpage.
  • For legacy page, white words were difficult to see especially with an image as a background, suggestions to add a translucent tile or remove background image.
  • Images on testimonials were not standardised as there were circle and rectangular shaped.
  • Some words covered the employee's picture, and the testimonial content got cut off.
  • Page layout for job postings were too different from the rest, which could be bad.
  • The application could be too lengthy, suggestions to split the form into 2 pages, and also adding a save button so applicants can come back to it.
  • There were alignment issues in the events, announcements and analytics page.
  • A border could be included in the employee's homepage to segregate announcements and homepage.
  • A pop up to confirm a deletion/adding of a post would be better.
  • Some thought having a calendar/drop down function for time and date when creating an event is not necessary.
