6 20 August 2015 Search (Barcode Scan) Use the QR / Barcode Scanner to gather Market Data on which TCM products are most popular Being new to the industry, Herbidex is currently in its validation phase of the health products industry. Although the application still an ecommerce platform, sales is not their main priority at the moment as they are still learning about the industry and its audience.

Collection of useful market data such as trending products would better value add to our sponsor's current capacity. Data collected will help our sponsors to make informed decisions when engaging brands to sell their products on Herbidex’s marketplace.

6 20 August 2015 Display collected data Display consolidated data collected from users who have scanned and viewed products on our application. As per change request above, this portion focuses on the display of top 10 most searched products which will be provided to our sponsors. This information will allow our sponsors to make informed decisions when they approach brands to sell their products on Herbidex's Marketplace. Feasible. Data will be consolidated into an excel table to show the top 10 most searched products. Since the core feature of our project still lies within our ecommerce application, we will not be exploring further in this area besides basic display of the data collected. 2 Accept To be completed in iteration 10
7 1 September 2015 Back-end Cart Management Add a new payment mode (Cash) in the application For the soft launch event on 5 Sept 2015, customers are able to pay by cash at their booth. Having a cash payment mode will allow them to publicize the application to more people and allow them to keep track of purchases via the site as well. 7 4 September 2015 Incentives Module To drop Incentives module and to focus on coupon code discounts Sponsor wants to offer coupon code discounts in replace of loyalty points. The current web based marketplace will take time to initiate the incentives loyalty points program and might not be in time for the upcoming milestones. Feasible. 7 4 September 2015 Coupon Module To implement coupon module in replacement of the incentives module Sponsor wants to offer coupon code discounts in replace of loyalty points. The current web based marketplace will take time to initiate the incentives loyalty points program and might not be in time for the upcoming milestones. Not Feasible. There are many implications when implementing multiple coupons. Sponsor is not ready with information of what type of discounts they want to implement in their coupons yet. Team also discussed with our sponsors on the importance of coupons module at this stage of their business model. It was decided that coupon is the lowest priority for our sponsors right now. They wish to focus on other functionalities before exploring the coupons module in detail in the future. 0 Reject Completed
8 17 September 2015 Purchase Module - Select Shipping Method Allow users to select shipping method Previously, there were no shipping cost involved in transactions. We assumed that shipping fee is waived as sponsors did not want to commit to a fixed shipping method. Sponsors have decided to allow users to select from a range of shipping styles that vary in terms of method and pricing. Feasible

9 25 September 2015 Dynamic Pricing Module Offer dynamic pricing to users based on different conditions Sponsors is in the midst of testing the market and its viability. Dynamic pricing provides our sponsors with the platform to find out more about the market. They will learn how people react to product pricing and they can offer their customers a range of prices depending on their purchase behaviors. This will be especially useful for our sponsors since they are still trying to explore this niche market. Feasible. In order to fulfil this request, we will be dropping reviews module.
