Timeline Description

Due to the re scoping of the project (see Project Scope tab for more information), the schedule has been changed to have a total of 12 iterations, two of which solely focusing on making right of the problems which plagued CAMANS in the earlier iterations. The remaining iterations are scheduled to be shorter and more intensive in nature, corresponding with our newly adopted Agile Project Management framework. Each iteration now has about 14 days in average, a 33% reduction from the initial average of 21 days. This reduction will allow the team to be more focused and "time conscious" in their development, testing and documentation efforts. Due to our revived emphasis on delivering quality work, the eleventh iteration has been scheduled solely for testing and debugging efforts.

The team has identified a total of eight milestones for this project, of which five were indicated explicitly by the School:

  • Evaluate User's concerns and possible areas of improvement to CAMANS
Mid Term Presentation 8 October 2014
  • Presentation to Prof. Benjamin Gan and Prof. Chris Boesch for Mid-term evaluation
  • Showcase prototype of CAMANS

Poster Deadline 10 November 2014
