Project Motivation

Our project client is a well-known restaurant and international franchise. It has a large number of stores across different cities in Taiwan. However, we realized that the sales performances of the stores are very different. Therefore, we are motivated to identify how the store location and trade area influences the performance of each outlet. This information provides valuable insights for our client to expand their trade area in the future.
