Welcome to Group 11’s Visual Analytics and Applications Project page.

Through this page, you will be able to view the different types of crime that take place in the 5 boroughs of the City of New York. We will also be incorporating the usage of mathematical, predictive, and analytical techniques to identify potential criminal activity. Our visualization aims to provide insights on criminal activity, detect crime patterns, and identify locations of future crimes. The application will have interactive features that will enable users to have a more user-friendly and informative experience and that can be used in their everyday lives.
