Conclusion

The data analysis and visualization showcases the trends and patterns of chemical contamination in the Boonsong Lekagul Wildlife Preserve over the years in different locations. Even though the chemical patterns and trends are seen in high level, the missing data in between doubts the chemical concentration in between time periods. The iron incident of August 2003 and Magnesium in May shows a possible interest in the investigation. The reason being the metal contamination across the preserve at same day might be an area of interest to the future analysis. The cyclic chemical trends of dissolved oxygen and water temperature need to be watched out in depth if the levels of dissolved oxygen is affected by any other phenomenon like human intervention.

The anomalies observed across different location suggests that there might be chemical pollutant from the factory that got mixed up with the rivers and streams across the preserve causing sudden spikes in the values. But the missing data across locations and years and inconsistent frequency of sampling doubts the spikes to be an cause of concern as the exact sample date of the increase is not known. As explained earlier a better sampling strategy of regular intervals of chemical recordings taken across the preserve might help the data analysis in an efficient way. An auxillary solution like wind speed , human intervention and pollutants causing bird to migrate might add value for the justification.

The Blue Pipit birds across the preserve definely see a danger as the toxic chemical Methylsomoline has shown an increasing trend in the past one year across Kohsoom and Somchair. Along with it other chemicals contaminations might cause harm to both the aquatic and bird in different manner. So a better sampling strategy with the additional information about the birds might help the data analysis and visualization to showcase and prove the point at concern.
