Hypothesis: Is dumping site destructing the rose pipit's habitat?
Observations:
- Rose pipits's past habitat is near to the dumping site. After 2015 Rose pipits are moving their habitat away
- On the same year 2015, the population of rose pipits face a steeper decrease than over birds populations
- After 2015, there is no data shows that rose pipits are discovered near dumping site
If we have the more information about the dumping site, we can better answer this hypothesis.
Next Steps
To support or refute Kasios's claim, below steps is necessary for us:
- More sound recording at habitat - More sound recording near the usual and new habitat of rose pipits are required. From the first question, we find that birds intend to be living together at one or two small area and forms their own small community. It is necessary for Kasios to collect the rose pipits sounding recording at their habitat
- Identify happiness - Identifying the rose pipits' recording may not be enough. More importantly, we can identify whether rose pipit are happy or stress from their sound recording
