Currently, there is a need to upgrade the living conditions in different parts of Myanmar. However, it is difficult to pinpoint the locations of those areas that are in need of utility or basic infrastructure since the spatial points are all scattered. Our data-sets come from Myanmar Information Management Unit(MIMU).
