From the above analysis, it can be inferred that there is a huge outbreak of flulike disease with downtown area. Through person-to-person and airborne methods, the residents from the other areas are rapidly infected. Until May 20, there is no tendency in decreasing the number of infected people. Owing to the truck accident on 610 bridge, there is a water pollution in the downstream of Vast River, which contributes to the outbreak of stomach problems on May 19. Until May 20, there is no explicit evidence to prove the drop in the number of sick people. To better control the further epidemic spread, there are several measurements needed to be taken:
- In terms of city management personnel, they need to inform the personnel in the surrounding regions to pay attention to this flulike disease.
- In terms of the water pollution, the management personnel need to do the water cleaning as soon as possible.
- In terms of the hospitals and relevant healthcare institutions, they need to take methods to cure this flu as soon as possible.
- In terms of the fire accidents, the city administration should have awareness of organizing public to participate in the fire drill.
