through the tweets information, the illness seemed no longer getting poor since the amount of victims didn't get increased and since it seemed to be no transmission person-­to­-person, i i think there is no need to deploy emergency management personnel and resources outside the affected area. however since the stomache related diseases is spread by water, and the river is also related to residents' daily living like drinking and cooking, there should be some test on the quality of water. and hospitals shall stlll take cautious to the illness and make sure have enough personeel
