Overall, very interesting analysis and easy to understand visuals.
For Observations 2 and 3 in Question 1, please explore if the clarity can be improved with larger images. For Observation 3 in Question 2, please explore how you can avoid cluttering of low values near the horizontal axis in the first column.

Very thorough. The "mirror image" is quite creative.
For Question 2, can explain more on the last graph as the fact of locations would effect the readings. Why only the two sensors had obvious trend but the others nearby didn't.
For Question 3, the color is not necessary since you have already represent the wind speed with the lengths of bars.
