<h1>Project Overview</h1>
The project is a part of Visualization Analytic module from SMU. The main goal is to explore an advantage of visualization ability for analytic which may not be able to achieve by traditional numerical statistic methodologies.<br>

In this project, the student aim to provide an interactive dashboard for researchers to investigate, quickly gain overview of dataset, able to drill in, explore the relationship between different dimension, be able to slice and dice to the most detail and reveal the insight of data.

In the development process, the student tried to generalize all process in order to allow the application to be able to work on different set of data. For implementation purpose, a set of data from Wiki4HE is utilized to implement in this instance. 

<h1>Objectives</h1>
The original project is entirely funded with 39,292.83 € (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Wiki4HE) , which is not very luxurious to afford commercial statistic software such as SAS, JMP, Tableau… to analyze. <br>

The aim of this project is to produce visual analytic platform cost effective using open source D3js coupling with other java scripts (dc.js, crossfilter.js,...) to draw out findings that original research covered as well as findings outside of the primary research. 

<h1>Analytical goals</h1>
- Aimed to create Interactive Visualization using Parallel Sets to discover causation relationship between factors that influence Wiki Adoption process.<br>
- To hand-on D3.js and get hand dirty.<br>
